I was recently up close with a S1 Esprit, which previously i would have said, when i was younger, was a bit naff. B ut now was just plain stunning.

However PS did a bloody good job with the update, looked modern enough at the time. Although i prefer the boldness of the original now. Mind you, later versions of this, GT3, etc, are pretty sexy.

I feel like an Esprit would be a good candidate for an electric conversion.  Not much room for batteries, but they didn’t run for more than 75 miles anyway before breaking down, so that’s about the correct range.
